Our Policies

   Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice, return authorization number and in good resalable condition. If the returned item in determined to be in “not resalable condition” a refund will not be issued. A 15% restocking charge will be applied. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit to your account unless other arrangements have been made. Any parts not purchased directly from WSM must be credited by the 3rd party seller. No returns on special orders will be accepted.

WSM products are warrantied against manufacturer defects and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. No warranty will be accepted on items that are determined to be altered, damaged by user, or have malfunctions caused by other components. If parts are determined to be defective by WSM, WSM has the right to determine the warranty procedure and replacement of any other damaged secondary components.

   Privacy Policy

We treat every one of our customers with privacy and respect and WSM will never share, sell or trade your information to another merchant or organization. Personally identifiable information such as the consumer’s name, address, email address, company, and phone number are stored for future purchases. All credit card information is transmitted securely to Authorize.net and is never stored directly with WSM.

   Security Policy

WSM does not store your credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed through Authorize.net, a top-rated credit card payment gateway, to ensure your information is encrypted when in transmission and when at rest. Even more, our website is built on the popular Microsoft Azure Cloud with Advanced Threat Protection to guard against hacking and information compromise.

   Shipping/Delivery Policy

Dealer orders placed before 3 PM EST will be shipped out on the same day. All other orders will ship in 1-2 business days. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order unless otherwise specified. The shipping carriers we use are Fed-Ex, United Parcel Service (UPS), and U.S Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. If you require priority shipping, we must be notified at the time purchase.

If you are inquiring about when a package is to be delivered, please note the following:

Credit Card and authorization verification must be received prior to processing.

Fed-Ex and UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

For dealer customers in the continental USA, we offer free ground shipping for dealer orders over $100.00.

WSM will drop ship only by approval for each drop ship order. A $10.00 service charge will be applied per shipment. Drop shipments do not qualify for any shipping discounts, upgrades or promotions.
